About
Sarah is a psychologist with experience working with veterans, first responders and individuals presenting with complex trauma and trauma-related conditions, including PTSD. Her professional background spans correctional and forensic settings, alcohol and other drug (AOD) services, disability, aged care and private practice, with her most recent experience being within Queensland Corrective Services. Throughout her career, Sarah has worked with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a broad range of psychological, neurodevelopmental and behavioural concerns. In addition to her work with veterans, first responders and complex trauma, her clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, personality disorders, substance use disorders, domestic and family violence, and complex psychosocial presentations. Sarah also has extensive experience conducting psychological, cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments. She has undertaken specialist training in trauma, ADHD, Autism, personality disorders and eating disorders, complementing her practical experience across forensic, correctional and AOD environments. Sarah is currently completing Master’s degrees in Forensic Mental Health and Clinical Neuroscience, further developing her expertise in trauma, mental health, neuroscience and forensic practice.
