About

I'm Dr Mandy Godwin, a registered psychologist with a PhD on the transition to parenthood and a mum of three. I work with pregnant and postpartum women through telehealth, with a particular focus on perinatal and maternal mental health: the identity shifts, anxiety, exhaustion, and guilt that come with becoming a mother. Drawing on CBT, ACT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, I help mums understand what they're going through and feel grounded in who they're becoming. Medicare rebates available.
