About

I provide compassionate, person-centred spiritual care and existential support for adults navigating grief, loss, illness, end-of-life concerns, moral distress, life transitions, trauma exposure, and questions of meaning, identity, purpose and spirituality. My approach is calm, respectful, inclusive and non-judgemental. I work with people of all faiths, no faith, and those who are unsure what they believe. Sessions may include reflective conversation, narrative life review, values clarification, emotional support, spiritual assessment, and practical grounding. I have professional experience in healthcare spiritual care, crisis support, chaplaincy and end-of-life care, and I aim to create a safe space where people can speak honestly about what matters most to them.
